Participants visiting Swains Cay Lodge must understand that participation in fishing, boating diving and other tour excursions in our dynamic marine environment might be risky/hazardous. Fishermen must understand and accept the risks associated with such activities. Travel schedules to and from the Bahamas can change due to adverse weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. This can cause delay and even missed international connections. Such delays could impose additional cost to you in hotels or in changing airline tickets for which we cannot be responsible.
Swain’s Cay Lodge and our restaurant, hotel, bar, lounges and other businesses (collectively, “Swain’s Cay”) value our relationships with our guests and respect your privacy. We collect information about you in our restaurants, hotels, bars and lounges and on our websites and other social media outlets in an effort to improve your dining and overall hospitality experience and to communicate with you about our menu, services, products and promotions. Full Day of Fishing: $900.00 per boat (1 or 2 anglers) Lunch and transportation included N.B. Lodging Not Included.
Half Day of Fishing: An additional half-day of fishing can be added a la carte on either the day of arrival or departure.
Professional guide and boat for up to 2 guests per boat, accommodations, all meals, purified or bottled water, transfers to and from airport, transfers to and from dock (Middle Bight or South Bight), Wi-Fi lodge amenities and levies.
Airfare to and from Nassau, Alcoholic beverages and sodas at lodge, Gratuities for guides and staff, Fly fishing equipment and flies, value added tax @ 10.00% on services/sales outside of packages i.e. bar, other activities, fly shop and fishing licenses. We strongly recommend that our customers purchase Trip Insurance and Rescue Evacuation services if you do not already have these services. We work with a number of service providers who can provide the services.

Check-in and check-out is flexible to your needs, we always attempt to accommodate our guest’s requirements. Sorry, pets are not accommodated.
Please note that changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
No shows will result in a 100% penalty and the full amount of stay will be charged.
Accommodations, guided flats fishing, all meals, round trip transfers from Mangrove Cay Airport to the lodge and fishing docks, bottled water, and government room taxes.
Airfare, Lodge levies; fishing equipment and flies; Bahamian departure tax of $25; gratuities for guides and staff, beverages, miscellaneous personal expenses such as telephone calls, fly shop purchases, etc. Credit Card or cash security deposit is required for incidentals and personal expenses.
We recommend $100 per day per boat per guide. Guide tips are normally given to the guide at the end of each day. We recommend $25 per night per guest for the lodge staff which includes restaurant, bar, grounds, housekeeping and transportation. We accept cash and credit cards for settlement.
Deposit, Cancellation/Refund:
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation and is due within 21 days of booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded, less a fee of $250/person, if written cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival. Thereafter the individual is responsible for the total land cost and no refund will be made unless client replacement (client’s responsibility) is found. No refund can be made for unused arrangements or fishing time lost due to inclement weather.
